Reading my BIO, I had a flash back. When I was in China, I was invited to a disco – yes a disco! They were playing the techno-heavy metal version of Cotton-Eyed Joe. I have heard and danced to Cotton-Eyed Joe in many flavors BUT never with the heavy techno style.

As for the disco, The Chinese were a little behind the music scene. They must have gotten reports from yesteryears and was just now getting into the western groove. Many years too late, I must add.
